As tax Agents, our services are performed for you in accordance with the law, including the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (TASA).
The following information is provided in compliance with the disclosure requirements of s45 of the Tax Agent Services Act 2009:

There are no current matters, or matters arising since February 2009, that Xperion Pty Ltd is aware of that could significantly influence your decision to engage us (or continue to engage us) for a Tax Agent Service
The Tax Practitioners Board maintains a public register of Tax agents and BAS agents. You can access and search this register at tpb.gov.au/public-register. Our registered practitioner details can be found at www.xperion.com.au and at the bottom of this page.
Complaint Resolution Process
Xperion takes complaints about our Tax agent services seriously and is committed to resolving them efficiently and fairly and have implemented the following process should you have a complaint:
If you have a complaint about our Tax Agent services, please contact your Client Manager with the details of your complaint or email accountant@xperion.com.au. All complaints must be in writing.
Where possible your complaint will be investigated by a party who is not involved in the dispute.
We will provide you with email acknowledgement of receipt of your complaint and our understanding of the circumstances.
The email will inform you that we will attempt to resolve your complaint within 14 days and will outline the dispute resolution process.
If you are unhappy with the outcome that we propose to you, you can then take the complaint to the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) at: tpb.gov.au/complaints
Complaints the TPB can assist you with include:
Breaches of the Professional Code of Conduct
Any false or misleading statements made to the Commissioner of Taxation
Advertising or providing tax agent, BAS agent or tax (financial) advice serviced for a fee when not registered
Any other conduct that may breach the TASA.
The TPB will email you a receipt acknowledging your complaint and will proceed to review, risk assess the complaint and respond.
